Practical information
Answers before you request a trip
Use these answers as planning guidance. Your final proposal should confirm route, dates, rooms, inclusions, and exclusions.
How is a trip proposal prepared?
African Safaris reviews your dates, lodge availability, room level, permit needs, routing, domestic flights, and group size before preparing the proposal.
Is the contact page the only trip planner?
Yes. All planning actions lead to the contact page so the inquiry is captured in one consistent request flow.
Can I change a reference itinerary?
Yes. Every public itinerary is a starting point. The final route can change before booking.
Do route maps require a Google Maps API key?
No. Trip pages use accessible route summaries and no-key Google Maps direction links rather than a paid Maps API integration.
Are wildlife sightings guaranteed?
No. The route is planned around strong habitats and seasons, but wildlife remains wild and specific sightings cannot be guaranteed.
